How fast can you replace a burst geyser?
Usually the same day. If you phone in the morning, the new geyser is normally in by afternoon. Late-night burst? We come out, stop the water and make it safe, then fit the new unit first thing.
Will my insurance cover it?
Most household policies cover geyser replacement. We photograph everything, issue the CoC and give you the paperwork your insurer asks for. Many of our geyser jobs are insurance claims.
Repair or replace?
If it's an element or thermostat on a geyser under ten years old, we repair it — that's a fraction of the cost. If the tank itself has gone, replacement is the only honest answer, and we'll tell you which it is before any work starts.
